Using Intercom for Your Tickets
We recently made the move to Intercom to make sure you get the best experience possible. It's easy to use; all your tickets can now be found in the Messenger located at the bottom right of the page.
Finding Your Tickets
In order to access your tickets, you'll need to login to the Developer Hub. Once you login, you'll be able to view all of your tickets in the "Messages" or "Tickets" section.
We only accept authenticated users to ensure the security of your conversations and tickets by preventing impersonation. If you are using a shared device, please ensure to log out and delete all session data only after you have completed your necessary tasks.
Tips For Accessing Your Tickets

Here are a few tips for navigating the platform and finding your tickets:
Depending on the type of conversation, you may now find your previously imported tickets in either the "Messages" or "Tickets" section.
If you can't find your tickets it’s likely that you’re not logged in.
Only open tickets were imported. If you need access to your closed tickets, please reach out to customer support and we will share them with you.
